The new spray kills crawling and flying insects such as fleas, mites, lice, bedbugs, wasps, mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants, flies etc. on carpets, rugs, soft furnishings and pet bedding and is a surface or space spray for use in and around domestic premises.
It is now recognized that treatment of adult fleas on pets is not enough to deal successfully with flea infestations, even with the use of spot-on treatments widely sold by the Veterinary Profession and Pet Stores. Regular use of a environmental spray is also necessary to deal with 95% of the flea life cycle, which takes place in furnishings etc. where hundreds of flea eggs, larvae and pupae develop rapidly into adult fleas and cause continual re-infestation of pets and homes. Regular thorough vacuuming of carpets, furnishings etc. is also recommended and wash or change pet bedding regularly.
