Usually all orders are ready within 24hrs. Please wait for a text / email to confirm the order is ready to collect. If there are any stock issues or your is delayed, we'll be in touch.

Unfortunately not. We are a click and collect or delivery service only.

You can, please ensure you have the correct cash if possible. Alternatively, you can pay online either by Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

We usually deliver to all areas covered at least 2 to 3 times per week. Once your order is confirmed, we'll normally pop you on the next delivery run providing there's still space.

We can't guarantee an exact day as it depends on our drivers route, but we're happy to work around you as best as possible. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

We usually text on the morning of the delivery. If you're at work, or need a smaller window, please let us know.

Our driver will normally leave your delivery at the door, ring the door bell then take a few steps back.

All orders need to be prepaid on the website.

It could be that unfortunately we ran out of stock. Don't worry, we'll let you know prior to delivery to see if a substitute would be okay.

We cover L39, L40, L31, L37 and WN8. If you live just outside these postcodes please contact us as we still might deliver. Minimum order for delivery is £30.

Due to rising fuel costs, we have had to reduce the number of postcodes we deliver to locally. You can however choose our regular delivery service at £3.99 or collect your order.

Anywhere else in the country? We've got you covered too, we use Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce and DHL to cover the whole of the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
